Our family's winery sits at an elevation of 5,047 feet and rests on the shoulder of Pine Valley Mountain. Over thirty years ago, I came across a natural spring and orchard on the property. The fruit trees reminded me of my grandfather once saying, “Where an orchard can grow, so can a vineyard.” We took that to heart, and in 2006 planted our first vines on this high plateau. Terra 5047 is the fruit of our labor and good fortune. We hope you enjoy it.
